The Holiday Inn in Al Khobar impresses with its well-maintained facilities and a very friendly staff. Breakfast is decent, but the vegetarian options paled in comparison to the variety available for meat lovers. Rooms are generally clean but had some minor issues with towel quality. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

the double room was nicely furnished, included an electronic key card, coffee/tea making equipment, and a tv set. the provided service was exceptional. its location was magnificent close to the 2 malls of alkhobar. further, it was not far from aramco dhahran camp and khobar main areas as well as khobar and dammam.

Overall lovely welcoming and appealing hotel, fabulous meals.

Nicely furnished and neat units with an enough space, WiFi, for instance. Quick check in and late check out. Good pool area too...

Great room, but the pool was closed with no warning.

The restaurant has varied and good quality food, room is big enough with the level of comfort you expect from such hotels. Personnel usually helpful.

I booked non smokin room and got a smoking one. Internet connections are very bad (both the hardwired and WiFi), it is nearly impossible to get connected with a decent speed.

It was reasonably priced. Great food and relaxing room - had a very nice stay. We found the staff outstandingly accommodating and very courteous. The breakfasts were excellent and the service was good!

Positive, Awesome staff, clean rooms, great location. I had a wonderful stay in a Standard Twin Room. The reception team was super helpful, and the gym facilities were solid. Definitely a good pick for anyone visiting!

I recommend this hotel for buisness purposes only.Its clean ,the breakfast is very good. There is a swimming pool .the rooms are clean.

We have booked a king room for two adults and two children and we got the confirmation through Booked.net , but when we arrived at the hotel we were informed that there were no king rooms available. we had to choose either a small room or a suite which we had to choose and we paid extra for the suite.The swimming pool was full of dead insects and when we asked for some one to clean the pool a reluctant guy came to pick (some) of the insects.

Everything was amazing, magnificent location close to the area that I know in Alkhubar, the staff were very efficient. There was a well-equipped room. Location: the hotel was very close to the 2 malls of Alkhobar, Clean Rooms, and Aramco Dhahran Camp and Khobar main areas. I ate in the outdoor restaurant nearby. Was an ideal base for vacation.

Some staff members were genuinely helpful .

During my visit, I encountered multiple issues. The parking situation was frustrating as it wasn't clearly defined and often filled, forcing me to park on the street. The room service menu was disappointingly limited, with almost no options for casual dining-only a club sandwich was available, while I expected more variety given the seaside location.

Families will appreciate this stay

The service was great, especially the staff who went out of their way to help me with some unique requests. I remember one night when I asked for an iron at like 2 AM and they brought it right away, even with a smile on their faces.

Wasn't exactly cheap, but it is acceptable for what you get.

Comfortable and convenient for business trip to Dharhan, easy access by road to Dammam airport.

Generally, the room service and laundry were prompt and excellent ... The receptionists were very friendly, smiling, and helpful...

I think it is time for them to re-furnish their room. Carpets, matrices, and pillows seem to be worn out. Otherwise, the hotel used to be a nice decent place to stay in. There always seemed to be a problem with their inkjet HP printer in their business center. So if you were depending on them in printing documents, may I suggest U bring your own printer along.

The central location made it easy to explore, and the fitness facilities were excellent. Dining options were quite limited. Three choices were presented for both room service and breakfast. Attempting to swim in the outdoor pool was halted by staff despite no prior notification, disappointing. I enjoyed the toasted sandwiches from room service, but overall, the inconsistent dining experience overshadowed some positive aspects of the stay.

Lobby is good.

The rooms are pretty bad, Broken furniture, bad internet connection. No shops close by.
